How do I register on the website so I can purchase products?

At the very top of every page is our User Panel. Click on the "Register" link. This will take you to the "New Member Registration" page. Simply fill out the form and click the "Register" button at the bottom of the form. Take note of the email address and password you registered as that will be your Member/Login ID and Password to log into the site when you visit.

What methods are available for placing my order?

Not only can you place your order securely online, but you also have 3 additional options to place your order with us:
  • Download and print our Standard Order Form and mail it to us at the address on the form.
  • Fax your order form to 1-800-382-8564
  • Place your order over the phone by calling us at 1-800-774-8204.

You can also request our full-color Movie And Music Greats Catalog to be sent to you for FREE! Included with each catalog is an order form you can mail or fax into us.

I live outside North America but I want to place my order by phone. What phone number can I call?

If you live outside of the North America but would like to place your order by phone, simply call us direct at 1-615-298-4338.

What if I order an item that is backordered or no longer available?

If you happen to order an item that is presently on backorder, we will notify you by postal mail or e-mail. All "in-stock" items on your order will ship within 2 business days and all backordered items will be "reserved" for you. When we receive the backordered items, they will be shipped out by Standard U.S. Mail (regardless of the method the original order shipped) within two business days at no additional cost to you.

As for items that are no longer available, occasionally a title will be taken out of production due to circumstances beyond our control. Titles may be discontinued by vendors before we have a chance to remove them from our website. If you order one of these items, we will notify you by postal mail or e-mail and you will not be charged for the discontinued item. In many instances we can make suggestions for another title that is available that is comparable to the item you originally ordered.

What payment methods do you accept?

By mail we accept Cash, Checks, Money Orders and all Major Credit Cards. By Phone we accept Credit Card orders only. On the website you can use a Credit Card or PayPal.

When exactly will you charge my card or Paypal account?

We authorize and charge your chosen payment method at the time the order is placed. We do this as a fraud protection method both for you and us. By authorizing and charging the card at the time the order is placed, we can catch any problems (such as bad card numbers, billing address errors, etc.) that may prevent the order from processing and shipping successfully.

How do I know that you received my order?

Once you place your order, you will receive a follow up e-mail at the address you registered that confirms the placement of your order and the fact we have received it and will process it promptly.

How do I know when my order was shipped?

Typical orders that can be filled, except in cases of backorders, ship within 24 to 48 hours of the order being placed. The time of arrival will depend upon your selected shipping method. Please check our Shipping Information page for more information.

What is your policy for shipping outside the United States and its Territories?

We will ship to most foreign countries via DHL Global Mail in conjunction with your country's local postal service. For more information, see our Shipping Information page. However, only orders can be sent to foreign addresses. At this time we do not ship our print catalog, "Movie And Music Greats," outside the US and its territories.
